Resumen
Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se centra en la aplicación de la tecnología BIM (Building Information
Modelling), desarrollando el diseño y el modelado de un taller y punto de carga de coches eléctricos en
el polígono industrial "Los Olivares". Se ha desarrollado una memoria descriptiva del proyecto y
justificativa de su diseño de acuerdo a normativa. Se ha creado un modelo 3D con los elementos
arquitectónicos, estructurales y parte de instalaciones, de manera federada y coordinando las
disciplinas, de acuerdo a un plan de ejecución BIM. El dimensionamiento de la estructura ha sido
aproximado y no basado en los cálculos estructurales pertinentes, lo cual no era objeto del trabajo. A
partir del modelo generado se ha obtenido diversa documentación de utilidad para la redacción del
proyecto constructivo, como planos, mediciones, tablas de planificación y presupuestos, así como
representaciones realistas de la edificación.
This Final Degree Project focuses on the application of BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology, developing the design and modelling of a workshop and charging point for electric cars in the ‘Los Olivares’ industrial estate. A descriptive report of the project and justification of its design in accordance with regulations has been developed. A 3D model has been created with the architectural and structural elements and part of the installations, in a federated manner and coordinating the disciplines, according to a BIM execution plan. The dimensioning of the structure has been approximate and not based on the relevant structural calculations, which was not the object of the work. From the model generated, various useful documentation has been obtained for the drafting of the construction project, such as plans, measurements, planning tables and budgets, as well as realistic representations of the building.
