Resumen
[ES]En la época actual, muchos de los problemas de salud a los que se enfrenta la sociedad están
directamente relacionados con el sistema digestivo, con la obesidad como principal patología
asociada, que afecta a un alto porcentaje de la población adulta y cuya base se fundamente
en la deficiencia de una correcta alimentación.
En el presente trabajo de fin de máster se pretende abordar la enseñanza de los contenidos
relacionados con la función de nutrición y el aparato digestivo, guiando la consecución de
unos hábitos saludables en base a dicho conocimiento. Esto, se abordará mediante una
adecuada actualización del conocimiento sobre dicha temática, así como de las nuevas
tendencias en investigación. Además, se llevará a cabo un análisis psicopedagógico del
alumnado objetivo, que permita conocer las capacidades cognitivas de este para,
posteriormente aplicar una metodología adecuada que promueva su óptimo desarrollo
intelectual y social.
[EN] Nowadays, many of the health problems faced by society are directly related to the digestive system, with obesity as the main associated pathology, which affects a high percentage of the adult population and whose basis is based on the deficiency of proper nutrition. This master's thesis aims to address the teaching of content related to the function of nutrition and the digestive system, guiding the achievement of healthy habits based on this knowledge. This, will be approached through an adequate update of knowledge on this subject, as well as new trends in research.
