(ES) El presente trabajo de fin de grado tiene como objetivo principal crear un proyecto de intervención
dirigido a los centros de día de personas con diversidad funcional en el ámbito de la actividad física
y deportiva, que busca el incremento de las sesiones dedicadas a la práctica de la actividad física al
mismo tiempo que se inculcan hábitos de vida saludables, relacionados con esta. El proyecto se
distribuye en 3 talleres durante un mes y medio en los que se trabajará mediante diferentes juegos
la flexibilidad, el equilibrio y la psicomotricidad, que se evaluarán al finalizar cada sesión y tras la
finalización del proyecto para ver si se han alcanzado los objetivos propuestos. Para finalizar se
presentan las conclusiones principales.
(EN) This end-of-degree thesis has as primary objective the creation of an intervention project addressed to daylight centers of people with functional diversity within the field of physical-sport activity, which looks for the increase of the meetings devoted to physical activity practice as well as it instill healthy lifestyle habits. This project is splitted into three workshops of one month and a half of duration on which different games such as flexibility, balance and psychomotor skills will be realized and evaluated not only at the end of each session but also at the end of the project to observe if the proposed objectives have been achieved. To finish, the main results will be introduced.
