The purpose of this study was to analyze the existing relationships between job crafting and selfundermining with the interactions, positive and negative, work-family based on the Job Demands- Resources theory. The sample consisted of 343 workers from different fields. The results showed, on the one hand, that job crafting predicts positive work-family interactions and, on the other hand, that self-undermining is a predictor of positive and negative interactions between work and family. We can conclude that job crafting increases well-being in the family and at work, and that self-undermining despite creating discomfort in the work environment, doesn’t always do in the family environment.
