Resumen
[ES]El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer un sistema para analizar la calidad de servicio de la empresa “Cooperativa Andaluza Santa María”, situada en el pueblo de Pegalajar y dedicada a la producción y comercialización de aceite de oliva y otros servicios.
Para analizar la calidad de servicio, se va a utilizar el método de Berry, Parasuraman y Zeithaml conocido como SERVQUAL (Service of Quality). Para el análisis de la calidad de servicio, se ha realizado un cuestionario SERVQUAL (abarcando todas sus dimensiones) de 19 ítems.
El trabajo ha sido realizado con el consentimiento explícito de la gerente de la empresa, María Valenzuela, y quiero darle las gracias por ayudarme con el siguiente trabajo.
