In this work the efficiency of about a group of companies in the beers Spanish sector going to be analyzed with information from 2019. For this, will be used a non-parametric methodology called data envelopment analysis (DEA). The sample on which, we are going to use empirical analysis is conformed of industries manufacturing companies and the other hand, for hand-made companies, the latter protagonist of a great growth in recent years. With the BCC-O and CCR-O models, values, have been obtained of pure technical efficiency, global technical efficiency, and scale efficiency of each of the companies in the sample have been obtained, which will allow us to know which companies are able to better optimize their resources productive and are a benchmark for the rest of good management practices.
