laboral.
In this research, the positive effects of emotional intelligence on psychological well-being and on performance at work are analyzed, for this a statistical analysis was carried out where a Pearson correlation was carried out in which we related the variables to see if they were significant; The data collection was from a sample of 229 participants who had to work in a company, had at least 6 months of experience in the position and above all who worked with more than 4 people in their team, for which those who did not give that profile. The results indicate that there is a significant and positive relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being, and in turn show that between emotional intelligence and job performance there is also a significant and positive relationship. In other words, if a person has a high level of emotional intelligence, they will also have greater psychological wellbeing, and the same would happen with performance that the higher their emotional intelligence, the greater their work performance.
