(EN)The reason for this Master's Thesis is to study the economic viability of a beekeeping operation with 200 langstroth hives for the production of organic honey and pollen. Also make beekeeping known as another option of economic income in rural towns, since in the province of Jaén the main economic sustenance of rural families is the olive grove. Without forgetting that honey is one of the most adulterated foods that we find in national and international markets, being a point in favor for the proliferation of small beekeeping operations. The present work also includes an exhaustive study of all the variables that concern the beekeeping sector, making possible the constitution of a farm of these characteristics, up to the market study, a marketing plan, economic / financial analysis and finally the economic viability analysis.
