[EN]The aim of this Final Project is to review, theoretically and practically, the methodology PERT/CPM, an administrative process of planning, scheduling and control of the activities that are involved in a project, which must be finished within a fixed time and at optimum cost. For this purpose, it is necessary to know which activities are involved in the project, their estimated duration and the associated cost, in order to compute a critical path; i.e. to identify the activities whose acceleration or delay affects the duration of the project, in order to finish the project in due time and optimize the duration of activities with minimal additional cost.
