Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo describe el proyecto para la implantación de un
restaurante para celíacos en la ciudad de Jaén, ya que cada vez es
mayor el número de personas que padecen celiaquía.
En primer lugar, en el apartado 2, se va a realizar un análisis general
de la empresa. En segundo lugar, en el apartado 3, se explicarán las
operaciones del negocio. En tercer lugar, en el apartado 4, se
mostrará la organización de la empresa.
En cuarto lugar, en el apartado 5, se definirá el público objetivo al
que se dirige el negocio analizando el marketing mix.
En el apartado 6, se mostrarán las previsiones de la cuenta de
resultados, necesidades netas del fondo de rotación, presupuesto de
capital, tesorería y balance, todo esto para los primeros cuatro años
de nuestro restaurante.
En el apartado 7, se redactaran las conclusiones personales
extraídas del estudio de la empresa.
[EN] The present essay describes the project for the implementation of a restaurant for celiacs people in Jaen because each time the celiacs people’s number is higher who are suffering celiac disease. Firstly, in paragraph 2 it is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the business. Secondly, in paragraph 3 we will explain the business’s operations. Thirdly, in paragraph 4 the company’s organization. Fourthly, in paragraph 5 the target’s audience which is lead to business by analyzing the marketing mix.
