Historically, there has been a high level of sound pressure in tractor cabs, sound feedback systems in tractors are not very developed. The development of a system capable of giving acoustic notifications in external situations is one of the possible ways to implement competitive advantages in the agricultural tractor market and the improvement of the driver's experience. The objective of this project is to carry out a study of possible systems for the obstacles detection using ultrasonic sensors and infrared cameras to obtain information, processing by computer, PLC or microcontroller and notifying the driver of the situation by acoustic means. Once the study has been carried out, the optimum solution is decided and a methodology is developed to implement it, performing simulations and a low-cost prototype to validate the results.
