[EN]The objective of the present study was to analyze the effect of a high-intensity cooperative physical activity (PA) program incentivized with the ClassDojo application on emotional intelligence in adolescents. The sample consisted of 66 adolescents (41 G.E and 25 G.C). Emotional intelligence (EI) was assessed through the TEIQue test. The analyzes showed that the practice of high-intensity cooperative physical activity does not improve well-being, self-control, sociability, emotionality and general emotional intelligence in adolescents. It is suggested, therefore, that the practice of cooperative PA at high intensity does not improve emotional intelligence in the present study. Key words: physical activity, academic performance, physical fitness and adolescents.
