"The Burnout Syndrome has received increasing attention in its literature. It is a interaction between individual, socio-cultural and organizational factors based on stress and exhaustion at work, which can affect the individual both emotionally and physically. The aim of this study was to identify the factors common to Burnout using a sample of 20 workers who were divided into two groups according to the score obtained in ""Burnout"". The results indicated the presence of higher scores for anxiety, depression, perceived stress, emotional instability and social dysfunction regarding health in the group with a high burnout score. The identification of these factors showed that the emotional part is the first and most affected in this syndrome, so its detection and treatment can help prevent the syndrome from worsening."
