[EN]Logically thinking, connotations of common work are reduced in a work relationship between relatives when it is compared to the connotations of an ordinary professional relationship. This study will try to define and classify family work within the framework of professional relationships and it will explain when and why it is necessary to separate family relationships from standard working relationships. The legal means on which this distinction is based will be noted and it will be shown how and when they must be applied, as well as the understanding oflegislation regarding family work. The different types of family work that can be found nowadays will be analyzed, which will lead to the analysis of difficulties of living more uxorioin de facto partnerships regarding working relationships.
