At present, in the labor market, there are differences between the conditions required of men and those required of women when they choose to work. These differences have been occurring since women began to enter the labor market more consistently. It is true that the participation of women in it has increased considerably, but there are clear inequalities between men and women. For the same job, they do not have the same benefits. It is struggling to achieve equality effectively, although there is still way ahead. The good part of this situation is that women do not tire of fighting for their rights. There are more and more women entrepreneurs, women who choose to be the owners of their own business and come out on their own.
