PROPUESTA DE INDICADORES DE TRANSPARENCIA AL AYUNTAMIENTO DE MARTOS

Abstract

El deber de implantar indicadores de gestión en las administraciones públicas viene dado por la demanda continua por parte de los usuarios en relación con la calidad que se presta en los servicios públicos. Por ello la administración es responsable de atender estas peticiones de la ciudadanía y facilitar la visión de los efectos de los indicadores. Para que estos indicadores sean efectivos y se ejecute su desarrollo han de cumplir una serie de características las cuales fundamentan el uso de los indicadores de gestión. Las utilidades que otorgan los indicadores, van dirigidas a entidades de carácter público y de carácter privado pero, sobre todo, al bien civil, que pueden observar por medio de estos como se están ejecutando las acciones por parte de la administración, y si son eficaces, eficientes, efectivas y contrastar en el tiempo la evolución de los mismos y si de adecuan con la realidad social.
