For these indicators to be effective and their development to be carried out, they must meet a set of characteristics which are the basis for the use of management indicators. The profits granted by the indicators are directed to public and private entities but, above all, to the civil benefit, which can observe through these how the actions are being carried out by the administration, and if they are effective, efficient, effective and to contrast their evolution over time and if they fit with social reality.
