(ES) El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado inicia con una fundamentación teórica sobre la importancia de la Actividad Física
(AF) en la etapa de Educación Primaria, con el objetivo de conocer las posibles formas de promocionar el
movimiento desde el contexto educativo, como el empleo del desplazamiento activo. En base a los resultados
hallados, como los beneficios para la salud y el rendimiento cognitivo y académico, se presenta una investigación
educativa realizada en alumnado de 5º y 6º de Educación Primaria. Orientada a conocer el nivel de práctica de AF
diaria, AF extraescolar, patrón de desplazamiento escolar y su asociación con el académico, presentando los
resultados diferenciados por sexo y edad. Finalmente, se muestra una aplicación didáctica destinada al 3
er ciclo de
Educación Primaria, con el fin de promocionar los desplazamientos activos a la escuela, aumentar la práctica de
AF y trabajar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible.
(EN) This Final Degree Project begins with a theoretical foundation on the importance of Physical Activity (PA) in the Primary Education stage, with the aim of knowing the possible ways to promote movement from the educational context, such as the use of active movement. Based on the results found, such as the benefits for health and cognitive and academic performance, an educational research carried out in students of 5th and 6th grade of Primary Education is presented. The aim was to determine the level of daily PA practice, extracurricular PA, school travel pattern and its association with academic performance, presenting the results differentiated by sex and age. Finally, a didactic application aimed at the 3rd cycle of Primary Education is shown, with the purpose of promoting active commuting to school, increasing PA practice and working on the Sustainable Development Goals.
