(EN) The following thesis project includes an intervention proposal, based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), focused on improving the sports performance of paddle players from the Pádel Indoor Priego club. In particular, an intervention based on the brief protocol of Luciano et al. (2009), adapted for the use with players of this sport and whose main aim is to improve Psychological Flexibility when competing. The five sessions that would make up the intervention, in which the different ACT processes would be addressed, are also described. Three other sessions would be devoted to evaluation before and after the intervention, with the goal of collecting data of scientific value. The methodology would follow a double pre-test design. By doing so an evaluation of the effectiveness of an intervention based on ACT would be reached in paddle tennis players, a sport in which, until now, the psychological aspects involved in performance have hardly been studied empirically.
