LA EDUCACIÓN FÍSICA EMOCIONAL: PREVENCIÓN DEL BULLYING Y CIBERBULLYING

Abstract

(ES) El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene la finalidad de mostrar la importancia de la educación en emociones a través de la Educación Física (EF), con el objetivo de prevenir el bullying y el ciberbullying. Para ello, se ha planteado una propuesta didáctica para comprobar si sesiones emocionales en EF reducen los conceptos mencionados. Primeramente, se expone un marco conceptual donde se mencionan términos como la educación emocional, las emociones en la EF, conceptos como bullying y ciberbullying, entre otros apartados. Por consiguiente, se presenta una investigación educativa, a través del empleo de un test sobre el control emocional, y dos cuestionarios para comprobar el nivel de bullying y ciberbullying. Finalmente, se muestra una Unidad Didáctica Emocional (UDE) con la que se pretende reducir y/o eliminar la presencia de bullying y ciberbullying en el C.E.I.P. Juan Carlos I. Esta UDE está destinada a 45 estudiantes de 6º de Educación Primaria

(EN) This Final Degree Project aims to show the importance of education in emotions through Physical Education (PE), with the aim of preventing bullying and cyberbullying. For this, a didactic proposal has been proposed to check if emotional sessions in PE reduce the aforementioned concepts. Firstly, a conceptual framework is exposed where terms such as emotional education, emotions in PE, concepts such as bullying and cyberbullying, among other sections, are mentioned. Therefore, an educational research is presented, through the use of a test on emotional control, and two questionnaires to check the level of bullying and cyberbullying. Finally, an Emotional Didactic Unit (EDU) is shown with which it is intended to reduce and/or eliminate the presence of bullying and cyberbullying in the C.E.I.P. Juan Carlos I. This UDE is intended for 45 students in the 6th year of Primary Education
