(ES) El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado tiene la finalidad de mostrar la importancia de la educación en emociones
a través de la Educación Física (EF), con el objetivo de prevenir el bullying y el ciberbullying. Para ello, se ha
planteado una propuesta didáctica para comprobar si sesiones emocionales en EF reducen los conceptos
mencionados. Primeramente, se expone un marco conceptual donde se mencionan términos como la
educación emocional, las emociones en la EF, conceptos como bullying y ciberbullying, entre otros apartados.
Por consiguiente, se presenta una investigación educativa, a través del empleo de un test sobre el control
emocional, y dos cuestionarios para comprobar el nivel de bullying y ciberbullying. Finalmente, se muestra
una Unidad Didáctica Emocional (UDE) con la que se pretende reducir y/o eliminar la presencia de bullying
y ciberbullying en el C.E.I.P. Juan Carlos I. Esta UDE está destinada a 45 estudiantes de 6º de Educación
