Análisis contrastativo de los sistemas de menores español e inglés

Abstract

En la presente investigación se va a realizar una comparación entre el sistema de protección de menores de España y de Inglaterra, para tal fin se ha contextualizado históricamente ambos sistemas, se ha analizado la legislación por la cual se rigen, así como los procedimientos de intervención y actuación que se llevan a cabo. Por otro lado, se ha indagado acerca de los recursos que ofrecen y se han comparado estadísticamente. Por último, se ha observado la figura del trabajador/a social en el sistema de protección de menores

This research will compare the child protection systems in Spain and England by historically contextualizing both systems, analyzing the legislation by which they are governed, as well as the intervention and action procedures that are carried out. On the other hand, the resources they offer have been investigated and statistically compared. Finally, the figure of the social worker in the child protection system has been observed
