Análisis contrastativo de los sistemas de menores español e inglés

Abstract

En la presente investigación se va a realizar una comparación entre el sistema de protección de menores de España y de Inglaterra, para tal fin se ha contextualizado históricamente ambos sistemas, se ha analizado la legislación por la cual se rigen, así como los procedimientos de intervención y actuación que se llevan a cabo. Por otro lado, se ha indagado acerca de los recursos que ofrecen y se han comparado estadísticamente.
