(EN) In the present Final Project, I have developed an educational project for learning how to have a healthy diet, based on the current Realfooding movement. The main recipients are the 5-year-old students of the Childhood Education classroom. This movement defends that the real food must be the basis of a diet. Moreover, it must be complemented with healthy processed and the excessive consumption of unhealthy processed must be avoided. I believe it is important to have an appropriate education about a healthy diet, to learn that not all food nourishes, but it can be harmful to our health. Therefore, it is important that children’s diet is healthy, since they are in their development and growth stage. If they learn healthy habits from an early age, they are likely to maintain them as adults.
