Resiliencia de 14 ítems (RS-14) y Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS).

The scales used were: Wong Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS-S), Resilience Scale 14 items (RS-14) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). Cronbach’s α and McDonald’s ω are used to check the reliability of the measuring instruments Results: We have found significant positive correlations between all the dimensions of the instruments used. Discussion and conclusions: This study shows the need to implement intervention programs to the referees about emotional intelligence to improve the performance of their functions.
