su historia; incrementar las emociones positivas; poner en práctica estrategias de afrontamiento adaptativas;
[EN] The female victim of gender violence has impaired psychological and emotional functioning. Has difficulty integrating the experience suffered and building a satisfactory life. The strategies that victims with complex trauma use do not generally allow them to resolve either the symptoms of post-traumatic stress or the associated negative affectivity. Therefore, this intervention program aims to develop two strengths: compassion and forgiveness. Its growth will help resolve the negative affectivity that both the guilt and shame assimilated during the relationship, as well as the resentment after the abuse, have originated. Working on these strengths means increasing well-being by redefining your history; increase positive emotions; implement adaptive coping strategies; develop self-knowledge and self-care; and establish new relationships of trust.
