The aim of the present study was to analyze the association between the level of sedentary lifestyle, negative sedentary lifestyle and sleep quality with students' test anxiety. Anxiety was assessed with the Test Anxiety Questionnaire (CAEX). Sedentary behavior and negative sedentary behavior were measured with self-reported questionnaires and sleep quality with the Cleveland Adolescent Sleepiness Questionnaire (CASQ). The results were obtained taking into account age, mother's school level and BMI. It is concluded that sedentary lifestyle has no significant association with test anxiety, negative sedentary lifestyle is associated with higher test anxiety while sleep quality is associated with lower test anxiety. It is suggested to implement programs for the improvement of sleep habits and sleep quality and awareness of recreational screen use.
