[EN]The purpose of this study has been to implement a transdiagnostic approach for the assessment and intervention of emotional disorders as well as to analyze its effects on an adolescent girl. The patient met the diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), persistent depressive disorder (PDD) and social anxiety disorder (SAD), according to the classification in DSM-5 (APA, 2013). The intervention consisted in the appliance and adaptation to T-CBT (Transdiagnostic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Unified Protocol by Barlow et al. (2011) throughout 12 weekly sessions. The results obtained from the intervention show a considerable pre and post treatment decrease in both depressive and anxiogenic symptoms as in perfectionism and emotion factors expressed as transdiagnostic processes of the anxiety and depression disorders. The findings provided by this study prove that the UP is effective in the shortterm. However, it would be convenient to conduct a follow-up of the perceived changes in the long term in future researches.
