Abstract

[ES] Se ha hecho el estudio de la póliza de crédito, empezando por su análisis jurídico, con el objetivo de definir qué es una póliza de crédito y cómo funciona jurídicamente, antes de realizar el análisis financiero, fiscal y contable de la póliza de crédito. Por último, se ha hecho, un estudio empírico de una póliza de crédito real, comentando las cláusulas bancarias que se utilizan en la actualidad.
