Abstract

[ES] Se ha hecho el estudio de la póliza de crédito, empezando por su análisis jurídico, con el objetivo de definir qué es una póliza de crédito y cómo funciona jurídicamente, antes de realizar el análisis financiero, fiscal y contable de la póliza de crédito. Por último, se ha hecho, un estudio empírico de una póliza de crédito real, comentando las cláusulas bancarias que se utilizan en la actualidad.[EN] The study of credit policy has been made, starting with it legal analysis, with the objective of defining what a credit policy is and how it works legally, before making financial, tax and accounting analysis of the credit policy.
