Key Performance Indicators: Eficiencia y On-Time Delivery. Aplicación práctica.

Resumen
El presente trabajo se basa en la empresa Stulz Tecnivel y se pretende establecer un cuadro de mando inicial desarrollando e implementando dos indicadores clave de desempeño de una totalidad de treintaicinco: la Eficiencia y el On-Time Delivery (OTD) de producción. El primero compara las horas de trabajo con las horas de capacidad que posee la fábrica, mientras que el segundo mide el grado de cumplimiento de las líneas de producción con la planificación establecida. Se ha realizado el análisis de bases de datos para cada uno de los indicadores y estudiado su evolución tanto gráfica como numérica para los meses de estudio: enero, febrero, marzo y abril. Para desarrollar la parte del análisis gráfico de los indicadores, se ha usado la herramienta informática Power BI, creando visualizaciones comparativas mensuales para ambos indicadores. También se han comparado y representado los resultados dentro de un mismo mes.

The first compares working hours with the factory's capacity hours, while the second measures the degree of compliance of production lines with established planning. Database analysis was performed for each of the indicators, and their evolution was studied both graphically and numerically for the study months: January, February, March, and April. To develop the graphical analysis of the indicators, the Power BI software tool was used, creating monthly comparative visualizations for both indicators. Results within a single month were also compared and represented.
