[EN] Currently, the use of management indicators in the public sector has spread, as this allows the performance of the Public Administration to be assessed and its operation to be improved. Citizens are increasingly demanding greater control over expenditure and that action be taken in relation to the most important principles. Many laws and studies have recognized the need to establish management indicators, both in the private sector and in the public sector. These management indicators make it easier for the Public Administration to make decisions, so that it can evaluate the results by comparing what has been obtained and the previous objective it had set, and thus be able to improve them. The only problem and the reality of almost all municipalities, especially small ones, is that they do not have sufficient human or digital resources to be able to carry them out.
