Resumen
[ES]El Presente TFG es la elaboración del diseño de un Proyecto de Intervención Sociolaboral dirigido a mujeres mayores de 45 años de la localidad de Torres, Jaén. El objetivo central del mismo, es reducir las barreras de entrada que tienen las mujeres torreñas para acceder al mercado laboral, a través del diseño e implementación de una política sociolaboral. En la actualidad, las políticas de inserción laboral que se pueden encontrar para la mujer, tanto a nivel nacional, como autonómico y local, consideramos que no tienen el alcance que se necesita, ni la efectividad que se desea. A través de este Proyecto de Intervención, se demuestra que aún existen carencias en el mercado laboral, y que éstas se pueden subsanar e intentar dar una respuesta a través de iniciativas proactivas, en un contexto de igualdad laboral.
[EN]The current final project is the development of a Plan for Social and Labour Intervention directed to women over 45 years old in the town of Torres, Jaén. The main objective is to reduce the entry barriers that women from Torres have in order to gain access to the labour market, by means of the design and implementation of a socio-labour policy. At present, the labour market insertion policies existing for women both at the national, as well as at the regional and local levels, are not considered to have the required range, nor the expected effectiveness. Through this Intervention Project, it is demonstrated that there still exist deficiencies in the labour market which can be corrected and given a response through proactive initiatives in a context of labour equality.
