[ES]El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster aborda la temática de la alimentación y la salud para los alumnos de tercer
curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria en la asignatura de Biología y Geología.
Se basa en los contenidos relativos al aparato digestivo, el proceso de nutrición, la dieta equilibrada,
enfermedades digestivas y trastornos de la conducta alimentaria. Con ello, persigue el desarrollo de una actitud
crítica y la adquisición de hábitos de vida saludables por los alumnos adolescentes, de forma que sean menos
vulnerables a informaciones falsas y publicidad engañosa a la que están sometidos.
Está contextualizada en la situación actual provocada por la pandemia del SARS-CoV 2, por lo que las sesiones
están organizadas para impartirlas presencial y sincrónicamente para aquellos alumnos que no puedan acudir.
Se ha aplicado una metodología diversa como el trabajo cooperativo o el flipped classroom con variedad de
actividades para despertar el interés y la motivación del alumnado en el tema.
[EN]This Master's Degree Final addresses the topic of food and health for students in the third year of Compulsory Secondary Education in the subject of Biology and Geology. It is based on the contents related to the digestive system, the nutrition process, a balanced diet, digestive diseases and eating disorders. With this, it seeks the development of a critical attitude and the acquisition of healthy lifestyle habits by adolescent students, so that they are less vulnerable to false information and misleading advertising to which they are subjected. It is contextualized in the current situation caused by the SARS-CoV 2 pandemic, so the sessions are organized to be taught in person and synchronously for those students who cannot attend.
