[EN]Food and physical activity are two key elements for academic performance. This work aims to promote the realization of a balanced diet and the promotion of physical activity in adolescents from Secondary Education Centers in Spain. To this end, a project called “eat, play and learn” (COJUAP) will be carried out, which aims to promote among adolescent students the academic benefits obtained from a healthy diet and physical activity. To do this, an analysis will be carried out on the eating and physical-sports habits practiced by these young people, to later plan a didactic project. As a conclusion, it is suggested that the Secondary Education Centers encourage the practice of proper nutrition and adherence to physical activity, to obtain benefits from an integral point of view, highlighting those obtained at a cognitive and academic level.
