[EN]Stress and anxiety have become two of the most usual problems for most students in Spain (Ministerio de Sanidad, Consumo y Bienestar, 2018. Unfortunately, we cannot find in the curriculum any content that may help the students get the tools and skills for managing those problems. This intervention program pretends fixing this lack of prevention, giving to the students the skills and tools to face effectively that anxiety, mostly facing the university entrance exam. The intervention is structured along two academic years, to ensure that the most complex knowledge have a base where settling. Carrying out this intervention on 4th year students of secondary school, and 1st year students of pre-university school, we are claiming an education system that takes care of their students not only looking for academic results, but to also get professional and developed people who can face their own problems autonomously.
