Material and methods: 156 children aged 3-6 years participated. To collect these data, a questionnaire was designed from 6 questionnaires that will be described later, in which parameters such as the level of physical activity of children and adults were measured. Results: the results obtained are children do not do enough physical activity because their parents do not have enough influence on them since they themselves do not do enough physical activity. Conclusion: it has become clear that activities related to physical activity should be implemented in schools to increase the number of hours dedicated to physical activity in preschoolers and, in addition, to include parents in these activities.
