(ES) El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado surge de la importancia de implementar los hábitos
saludables en niños desde edades tempranas, especialmente debido a la preocupación por el
aumento de la inactividad física y la mala alimentación en la población actual. Por ello, se ha
realizado una búsqueda de conceptos básicos sobre el tema a tratar, así como un análisis
sobre una variedad de estudios de programas de intervención sobre hábitos saludables y su
efectividad. Luego, se propone una unidad didáctica gamificada con el objetivo de conseguir
promocionar los hábitos saludables, en concreto, la alimentación sana y una buena práctica de
actividad física, en escolares de Educación Primaria en el área de Educación Física. Esta
propuesta está pensada para realizarse en escolares de segundo ciclo, en concreto, cuarto
curso. Con esta propuesta se pretende enseñar a los escolares una serie de hábitos saludables
que puedan implementar en su vida diaria.
(EN) This Final Degree Project arises from the importance of implementing healthy habits in children from an early age, especially due to the concern about the increase in physical inactivity and poor diet in the current population. For this reason, a search for basic concepts on the subject has been carried out, as well as an analysis of a variety of studies of intervention programmes on healthy habits and their effectiveness. Then, a gamified didactic unit is proposed with the aim of promoting healthy habits, specifically, healthy eating and a good practice of physical activity, in Primary School students in the area of Physical Education. This proposal is designed to be carried out in second cycle schoolchildren, specifically in the fourth year. The aim of this proposal is to teach schoolchildren a series of healthy habits that they can implement in their daily lives.
