medio y largo plazo.
(EN)Retirement represents an uncertain and difficult situation for some employees. Previous studies highlight the importance and the benefits of preparing people towards the end of their working life for a successful retirement. The aim of this project is to design a program based on Positive Psychology to support and educate teachers who have a negative perception of their forthcoming retirement. The program consists of 13 sessions focusing on working resilience, optimism and the meaning of life. As a result, it is expected that participants will acquire useful tools to address their new reality and to improve the previously mentioned skills in the medium and long term.
