The aim is to prevent emotional exhaustion and strengthen the emotional balance of caregivers by developing emotional skills that help establish routines and cope with the challenges associated with long-term care. The work begins with thorough research that examines the various factors involved in this approach. The goal is to strengthen their emotional skills and prevent burnout syndrome, acknowledging the burden and challenges associated with caring for patients with dementia. Additionally, a statistical analysis will be conducted to show the differences between the results before and after the implementation of the program. Finally, it is important for centers to become aware of and utilize this tool to achieve positive outcomes.
