[EN] The objective of this investigation was the examination of the physical activity frequency, the resilient capacity and the quality of life related to the health of a teenagers’ group. A total of 218 secondary education students (a 50.9% were girls) aged between 12 and 18 (M = 14.31, SD = 1.68), were involved in this study. The results evidenced that the practice of physical exercise correlated the resilience measurements and quality of life associated with health, in a positively and statistically significative way. In turn, the existence of positive and significative correlations between the different resilience subscales and the totality of dimensions included in the quality of life, was detected. The hierarchical regression analysis revealed that the physical comfort was predicted by some factors, such as the physical activity practiced, the social competence and the attributed personal competence. In addition, the psychical well-being was due to the social competence level and the availability of social resources. To conclude with, the programmes devoted to the promotion of the physical-sportive activity should incorporate a series of strategies or tasks allotted to the increment of the resilient ability, in an attempt to improve the perception of the quality of life among adolescents.
