EFECTO DEL APOYO SOCIAL EN LA DEPRESIÓN DE FAMILIARES CUIDADORAS DE PERSONAS CON ALZHÉIMER: REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA CON META-ANÁLISIS.

Abstract

[ES]Objetivo. Establecer la relación existente entre apoyo social y depresión en cuidadoras familiares de personas con Alzheimer. Metodología. Revisión sistemática con metaanálisis. Se empleó el modelo de efectos aleatorios. Se analizó la heterogeneidad estadística con el grado de inconsistencia (I2), el valor de p de Q. Se utilizó el valor de P de la prueba de Egger y la gráfica Funnel plot para el sesgo de publicación. Se estudió la robustez mediante sensibilidad. Resultados. La r combinada fue de -0,332. En la heterogeneidad se halló la Q de 10,54 con un valor de p 0,4. Sesgo de publicación, riesgo bajo tras revisar la simetría, cuyo valor de p es 0,8 y la sensibilidad 4,5%. Conclusiones. Sería interesante realizar más investigaciones para poder identificar qué tipo de apoyo social necesita cada cuidadora, ya que el apoyo social reduce la depresión Palabras clave. [EN]Objective. To establish the relationship between social support and depression in family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease. Methodology. Systematic review with meta-analysis.
