trabajo.
(EN) The main purpose of this Bachelor Thesis is to serve as a collection of texts written by several Spanish authors of the 16th and 17th centuries in which the English politician and humanist Thomas More (1478-1535) is mentioned either for his main work, Utopia, or his exemplary life. Regarding the objectives of this thesis, first of all, I intend to collect the first versions of the majority of the texts and, then, locate in each of the documents the references to Thomas More or his works, primarily Utopia. For this reason, before referring to each text, I will begin by contextualising Thomas More in Northern Humanism; I will also provide a few biographical details. I will finally offer a general opinion of Thomas More and his influence in Spain and England, along with some conclusions drawn from all the texts collected in this dissertation.
