nacional e internacional.
[EN] The importance of the family is undeniable, many people can not form a family and therefore choose to adopt. But it can happen that many parents have problems caring for their children and these are the basis of all processes. We will focus in the adoption and residential family as protection measures and we will see that the adoption is designed to provide a family to children who lack it or have it, they can not remain in it for different reasons, guaranteeing them through this new family relationship, the necessary attention for its development. In Spain, we have unknown data on unprotected foreign minors. In this line we will deal with an issue that is happening in our country, called “Aquarius” (Chapter II, pp. 23). In this study we will try to give essential notions in this context and make an analysis and comparing national and international laws.
