Este trabajo de Fin de Grado analiza como el Internet de las cosas, o Internet of things (IoT) puede hacer que
las personas con discapacidad, dependencia o diversidad funcional, puedan tener una mejor calidad de vida, pudiendo realizar con más fluidez las actividades básicas de la vida diaria (ABVD). Se hace referencia a
como las personas cuidadoras, formales o no, puedan utilizar el IoT para la mejora de calidad de vida. Se
hace referencia al funcionamiento del IoT, como acceder a su uso y las posibilidades y riegos que puede
ocasionar. Se muestra cuales son los movimientos de la vida independiente, al igual que los recursos
existentes y las diferentes ayudas y subvenciones a las que se puede optar y como la profesión de Trabajo
Social facilita la inclusión de la discapacidad, para lo que se revisan los estudios que analizan el IoT y la
inclusión
This Final Degree project analyses how the Internet of Things (IoT) can help people with disabilities, dependence or functional diversity to have a better quality of life, being able to perform basic activities of daily living (ADL) more fluently. Reference is made to how caregivers, formal or not, can use the IoT to improve quality of life. Reference is made to how the IoT works, how to access its use and the possibilities and risks it can cause. It shows which are the movements of independent living, as well as the existing resources and the different aids and subsidies that are available and how the profession of Social Work facilitates the inclusion of disability, for which studies that analyse the IoT and inclusion are reviewed. Methodologically, this study has examined articles, monographs and research journals in order to access the necessary information to define the updated phenomenon
