Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio es realizar un análisis desde la perspectiva
de género en especial de la industria del videojuego, ya que es un
sector que siempre está en continua expansión y la igualdad de género
es algo que se está implementando cada vez más en todos los sectores.
Nuestra investigación se centrará en analizar a las trabajadoras,
jugadoras y personajes de este sector, en concreto analizaremos dos
casos, Nintendo y Sony, puesto que son las dos de las empresas más
grandes de la industria y así veremos el impacto que producen a esta
perspectiva. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos de nuestro
estudio podemos decir que los dos pilares de la industria tienen buena
perspectiva de género, pero que en algunas sucursales de estas
empresas dependiendo del país tardan más en implementar la igualdad.
Pero si se puede observar una evolución en cuanto al género femenino
en esta industria.
The aim of this study is to carry out a gender analysis especially of the video game industry, as it is a sector that is constantly expanding. Thus, gender equality is something that is increasingly being implemented in all sectors. Our research will focus on analyzing the workers, gamers and personalities of this industry, in particular we will look at two cases, Nintendo and Sony, since they are the two largest companies in the industry and we will see the impact they have on this perspective. Based on the results of our study, it can be said that the two pillars of the industryhave a good gender perspective. However, there are some branches of these companies depending on the country, they take longer to implement equality. Nevertheless, there is a development in the gender of women in this industry.
