(ES) El bullying y ciberbullying son conductas antisociales que se producen principalmente
durante la adolescencia. Existen una serie de factores psicosociales vinculados a este tipo de
conductas, individuales, familiares y sociales. Si bien se han diseñado diferentes programas de
prevención, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, también se presentan una serie de
limitaciones. Por este motivo, en este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se diseña un programa de
prevención de bullying y ciberbullying dirigido a estudiantes de educación secundaria. El
objetivo general es prevenir el acoso y ciberacoso en un contexto escolar con adolescentes. Se
describen los destinatarios del programa, las actividades detalladas, cronograma, recursos
humanos y materiales y el diseño de evaluación de los objetivos propuestos. Finalmente, se
presentan las principales conclusiones.
(EN) Bullying and cyberbullying are antisocial behaviors that occur mainly during adolescence. There are a number of psychosocial factors linked to this type of behavior, individual, family and social. Although different prevention programs have been designed, both nationally and internationally, there also are a number of limitations. For this reason, in this Final Degree Project, a bullying and cyberbullying prevention program is designed for high school students. The general objective is to prevent bullying and cyberbullying in a school context with teenagers. The destinataries of the program, the detailed activities, timeline, human and material resources and the evaluation design of the proposed objectives are described. Finally, the main conclusions are presented.
