Teleworking and remote work already existed before the Covid-19 pandemic broke out. Although it is worth mentioning that the practice was very weak and was hardly used, but, after this health crisis, many companies and workers had to opt for this type of work to safeguard their jobs and the economy itself. Therefore, this Final Degree Project works on these concepts in response to the new regulation adopted, in addition to carrying out a study on the different collective agreements, both national and Andalusian, with the aim of analyzing them on whether or not they host this implementation of activity labor.
