Resumen
[ES] Se vive en un mundo caracterizado por cambios constantes, provocando un efecto significativo en las reacciones
emocionales de los infantes debido a la falta de habilidades emocionales. En esta línea, surge el presente trabajo
centrado en el desarrollo de la Inteligencia Emocional, con el objetivo de fortalecer el autoconocimiento emocional y
entrenar la gestión emocional, facilitando herramientas y mejorar las relaciones interpersonales de los participantes.
Así, se plantea un programa de intervención dirigido a discentes de cinco-seis años. Tras la intervención se espera que
los participantes desarrollaren la Inteligencia Emocional y la adquisición de herramientas para la gestión emocional y,
en consecuencia, mejoren sus relaciones propias y con las demás personas.
[EN] We live in a world characterized by constant changes, causing a significant impact on the emotional reactions of children due to a lack of emotional skills. In this context, the present work focuses on the development of Emotional Intelligence, aiming to strengthen emotional self-awareness and train emotional management, providing tools to improve the participants' interpersonal relationships. Thus, an intervention program is proposed for five to six-year- old students. After the intervention, it is expected that the participants will develop Emotional Intelligence and acquire tools for emotional management, consequently improving their own relationships and those with others.
