TÉCNICAS DE INFERENCIA ESTADÍSTICA EN DATOS ECONÓMICOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE JAÉN: CONSUMO MUNDIAL DE ACEITE DE OLIVA

Abstract

[ES]En este trabajo se va a realizar un estudio sobre los datos mundiales que arroja el sector oleícola, vamos a tratar de estudiar que variables tienen incidencia directa con su consumo en los distintos países del mundo, la producción, exportación e importación, así como otros factores no cuantificables. Para la realización del mismo se han obtenido diversos datos, tales como, consumo de aceite, nivel de producción, exportaciones e importaciones, etc. todos ellos son datos individuales por países y años. Estos datos han sido obtenidos del COI (Internacional Olive Council) organismo a nivel internacional encargado de muchos aspectos sobre el aceite de oliva, recogida de datos, promoción en países, publicaciones, innovación, subvenciones, etc.

[EN] In this work a study is going to be carried out on the global data that the olive sector, we will try to study which variables have a direct impact with its consumption in the countries of the world, production, export and import, as well as as other non-quantifiable factors. For the realization of the same have added various data, stories like, consumption of oil, level of production, exports and imports, etc. they are all data individual by countries and years. These data have been obtained from the IOC (International Olive Council), a regional organization International in charge of many aspects on olive oil, data collection, promotion in countries, publications, innovation, subsidies, etc.
